Solutions — How We Engage

How We Work
With Clients.

A structured, data‑driven engagement from evaluation to long‑term optimization.

Axerra works with operators through a disciplined engagement process rooted in reservoir data, fluid characterization, and field validation. Each engagement begins with technical screening and progresses through laboratory verification, controlled field deployment, and post‑treatment performance analysis — ensuring that chemistry is applied only where it is technically justified and economically relevant.

The Engagement Process

Five Stages. One Disciplined Framework.

01 Initial Phase

Technical Discovery & Asset Screening

Engagement begins with a technical audit of the client's assets. Rather than presenting a broad catalog, Axerra's engineers work with the client's geologists and production teams to identify specific constraints — high decline rates, viscosity-driven deliverability issues, or flow assurance failures.

Data Sharing Historical production data, wellbore geometries, and pressure profiles.
Feasibility Study Assessment of whether Axerra's specific molecular technology can solve the identified reservoir problems.

02 Validation Phase

The Fluid Audit

Before a contract is signed, Axerra must prove the efficacy of the chemistry against the client's specific reservoir fingerprint. This phase protects the client from deploying unvalidated chemistry at scale.

Field Sampling Representative crude and brine samples collected from the target wells.
Laboratory Optimization Rheological tests, compatibility checks, and blind validation confirming viscosity or IFT reduction targets are met.

03 Deployment Phase

Pilot Program & Precision Deployment

Once chemistry is validated in the lab, the engagement moves to a limited-scope field pilot — de-risked before committing to full-field deployment.

Customized Design Site-specific injection program: volume, concentration, and soak times tailored to the asset.
On-Site Supervision Axerra engineers present during initial injection to monitor compatibility and ensure proper deployment.

04 Diagnostics Phase

Post-Job Diagnostics & ROI Validation

The relationship continues long after the chemicals are pumped. Axerra provides ongoing diagnostic services to measure and prove return on investment — closing the loop between laboratory prediction and field outcome.

Performance Monitoring Follow-up at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals capturing production data and water-cut changes.
Optimization Formulation or injection parameter adjustments based on how the well responds to treatment.

05 Partnership Phase

Long-Term Strategic Partnership

In mature engagements, Axerra moves from vendor to strategic partner. Joint development agreements (JDAs) allow co-development of new formulations for specific geographic basins or rock types — tight shales, heavy oil sands, or carbonate reservoirs — giving clients a proprietary edge in recovery efficiency that cannot be replicated from a standard catalog.

This phase is reserved for clients with multi-well or multi-field programs where continued data sharing enables iterative formulation refinement as reservoir conditions evolve over time.
